1Terms of Service & Independent Contractor Agreement

By applying to or participating in the VantageTech network, you acknowledge and agree that your relationship with VantageTech is that of an independent contractor, not an employee or partner.

• Work Flexibility: You set your own hours, use your own equipment, and decide how many assignments to accept each week.
• Taxes & Compliance: As an independent contractor, you are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable local taxes on income earned.
• No Minimum Commitment: There are no mandatory minimum hours. You may pause or discontinue participation at any time without penalty.

2Assignments, Quality Standards & Use of AI Tools

We aim to make task execution straightforward and productive. You are responsible for delivering neat, visually accurate product cards that follow the provided guidelines.

3Compensation & Payout Terms

Remuneration is determined on a per-task basis (typically benchmarked at €15 to €30 per hour depending on complexity and velocity).

• Payouts are calculated upon task review and approval.
• Approved balances are disbursed on a regular weekly schedule directly in EUR via standard electronic transfer or supported payout partners.
• In the event of a quality dispute, contractors are provided clear feedback and the opportunity to submit quick revisions.

4Intellectual Property & Deliverables

All completed graphic visual cards, cropped assets, and deliverables submitted through the platform are considered works-for-hire and become the exclusive property of VantageTech and its e-commerce clients upon payout. Contractors retain the right to showcase non-confidential sample work for personal portfolio purposes upon prior written confirmation.
